Although many buyers think it is not necessary to use a realtor when working with an onsite agent, it is important to keep in mind that these sales representatives represent the builder not you! A buyer's agent represents you and has your best interests in mind.

I can also show you a variety of more established communities and the advantage of homes with mature landscapes, window treatments, paint and immediate move in. If you do not have your own buyer's agent it is important to recognize resale homes on the market are listed with a realtor who represents the seller.
