Kay Fisher is a REALTOR® with Real Living®, a national real estate company with an office in Davidson, N.C. With almost 10 years experience in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area real estate markets, I have developed a strong working knowledge of the local communities.
For seven years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2008, I was a new home sales representative for a national homebuilder, giving me an intimate understanding of the sales and building process of new home construction. For my sellers, this experience combined with a Bachelors of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University gives me the tools to provide my clients with a unique marketing plan customized to their home, community and area. For our buyers, my training in consultative sales saves time as I can quickly understand their needs in a new or existing home and identify homes that satisfy those needs.
I understand that while searching for a home that fits your needs, you may see several homes that are perfect for someone, but only one home that is perfect for you. I believe finding a realtor is the same. There are many great realtors in the area who provide good customer service and who will find you a nice home.
