The Fisher Team is comprised of Kay and Brian Fisher, REALTORS® with Real Living, a national real estate company with a new office in Davidson, N.C. With over seventeen years combined experience in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area real estate markets, we have developed a strong working knowledge of the local communities.
For seven years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2008, Kay was a new home sales representative for a national homebuilder, giving her an intimate understanding of the sales and building process of new home construction. For our sellers, this experience combined with a Bachelors of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University gives us the tools to provide our clients with a unique marketing plan customized to their home, community and area. For our buyers, Kay’s training in consultative sales saves time as she can quickly understand their needs in a new or existing home and identify homes that satisfy those needs.
Brian also sold new homes for almost five years and now works with Kay to serve our clients’ real estate needs. In addition to selling new homes, which gave him the same type of experience and training as Kay, Brian worked with a large builder and then our own company building new homes and renovating existing homes. Prior to these positions, Brian worked in a real estate closing office where he was a title insurance underwriter and also handled lot acquisitions with land developers, among other responsibilities. This broad knowledge of the real estate sales process from start to finish , as well as the construction of homes allows us insight into all aspects of the local market.
We understand that while searching for a home that fits your needs, you may see several homes that are perfect for someone, but only one home that is perfect for you. We believe finding a realtor is the same. There are many great realtors in the area who provide good customer service and who will find you a nice home. In order to find a realtor who is right for you, it is important to know if you will have a good working relationship. We feel this relationship is critical to making the buying and selling process easy and as stress free as possible. Great service and exceptional treatment of our clients are things we will not compromise.
